With Liquid Story
Binder, it is possible to backup the entire contents of an opened book,
with all its chapters, notes, backups, outlines, and images with just a
few easy clicks of the mouse.
Backups are created using ZIP compression. This
allows you to access your work outside of the Liquid Story Binder
environment.
From the 'Library' menu, choose 'Backup Book...' to
begin backing up your work.
Within the 'Backup Title' box, enter a filename for
your new backup.
You now have four
choices, four directories where you would like the backup to be created.
To change any of the
default directories, click the corresponding '...' button to browse the
Windows directory tree.
Choose a Backup directory
using the 'Directory Browser'.
You may also choose to include multimedia files. This
can be an important choice when it comes to the overall size of your
backup.
Next to the corresponding directory, click the 'Backup' button
to begin archiving the opened book. If a 'Backup !!'
button is greyed-out, it simply means the directory is
currently unavailable.
